Re: 2026 BOG AGM

I will shortly be sending out a formal notice for the upcoming Bushtracker Owners Group Annual General Meeting (Tuesday, 1st September 2026).

1. If you have any special business agenda items for the AGM, could you please send them to me by Tuesday, 4th August 2026 at my personal email address: nfr1156@gmail.com. These will then be sent out to the membership with the Notice of AGM at least 21 days before the meeting, as required by the BOG Model Rules. It would be appreciated if you could provide some background information with your proposal/agenda item. This is so that everyone (including non-attendees) has time to consider the proposal/agenda item in advance. Also, so that non-attendees who wish to vote on proposals, can put in a request for a proxy to vote for them. Please note that if you do not provide your proposal in advance of the AGM, you will still be able to put items up for discussion at the AGM, provided there is agreement from 2/3rds of the members in attendance.

2. Please send any apologies for the AGM to me at nfr1156@gmail.com.

3. All Committee positions will be declared vacant at the AGM. Three members of the current Committee have indicated that they will be retiring at the AGM. The remaining members have indicated they will be renominating.

If you would like to nominate for a position on the Committee you can access a Committee Nomination form on the BOG Muster Website, bogmuster.au under Resources and AGM Documents.
