Members arriving (greeted by Committee Members) and parking attendants direct traffic to sites.
Optional weigh-in: before proceeding to your site you have the option to go to the weigh-in location to have your rig weighed by Mareeba Police. (No infringemnt notices will be issued)

Muster registration in the Bull Bar (by Karyn Wilkie and Pam Stanley).
Raffles and merchandise sales open.
Please register on the clipboards in the Bull Bar for:
- Lake Barrine Tea House – cruise and morning tea. Wednesday 2nd September
- Skybury Café and Roastery – tour and morning tea. Friday 4th September
- Bird Watching with Norton Gill (aka Norty) – Saturday 29th August 7:30am + various
- Bird Watching with Norton Gill (aka Norty) – Saturday 5th September 7:30am + various
- Volunteers to help with various activities (e.g. fires, BBQ breakfast, sausage sizzle, catered dinner table decorating, Spit roast dinner carvers/servers, market day stall etc)
- Visit to your van by Sean from BT to discuss problems you may have (45 minute session)

President Graham Watson to welcome all members, announce important issues and outline Risk Management Plan, Emergency Procedures including defibrillator/location of first aiders. Wade Eastburn to explain ‘silent auction’ process.
